Happy kids are every parent’s dream. No one would intentionally make a kid sad. No.

A mother of one little girl of 4 years old, I’d like to invite you all to make each day a happy day for your kids, our kids.

My daughter’s name is Hannah. She’s the best thing in my life. She makes me smile with her funny acts. That makes me think. What have I done to make her happy?

Ok, I’ve given her a nice place to live in. I’ve taken her to the best school. I go with her every weekend to some great restaurants. But, are those all that she needs to be happy? I can’t tell now.

However, she seems to be happy just seeing me enter the house–I happen to be a working mom. She smiles. The brightest smile I can see on her face. Not only her lips perform a smile, but also her eyes.

So, I think again. What does make her happy? Is it something I give her? Or, is it simply me?

I guess, it’s simply me.

I believe that she loves me as much as I love her. If seeing her makes me happy, I bet, seeing me makes her happy.

But, does it mean, I have to quit my job? Please, don’t tell me I have to do that. I need to support the family. My husband is a working at home dad. His business is doing great. It’s just to make us able to save for my daughter’s college, I need to take part.

I know that my daughter needs her mom. But, she also has her dad. My husband takes the role that is usually done by moms. He takes my daughter to school and picks her up when she’s done. He prepares our dinner. He helps her with her projects. What I’m saying is that she’s well taken care of. I don’t have to worry about that.

Yet, I want her to be a happy kiddo. She has to be happy in her life. My daughter’s happiness is my goal now. And, I’s like to share all my efforts and also would like to get a feedback from all of you, dear visitors, if any.

I might not be the best mother in the universe. But, I want my daughter to see me as one. That’s all that matters.

So, let’s make our kids happy!
